Make it unmistakably Devey.
The pages and navigation are ready to review. Live listings, inquiry delivery, and an owner editing area are not connected.
Your actual logo & photos
Installed: the DEVEY / REALTY GROUP wordmark from your business card (dark on light surfaces, white on dark, plus the browser tab icon), your uploaded group photo on the home page and Meet the Team banner, and individual portraits of Stevie, Sarah, Krystle, and Taylor. Remaining: approved listing and neighbourhood photography to replace the illustrative architecture images, which are labelled as such.
Agent details & editable content
Installed: approved bios, phone numbers, DRE license numbers, and Instagram links for all four agents, each shown on its Meet the Team card. Remaining: a public email address, and a secure owner editing screen so you can update this content yourself.
Current brokerage disclosures
Installed: Elevate Realty, brokerage DRE #02014163, in the shared website disclosures and contact details. Please have your brokerage review the legal name, disclosure wording, and advertising placement before publication, and provide any additional required office details. Devey Realty Group remains the team brand.
IDX / MLS access
The reference site caringrealtor.com uses Brivity Platform/Brivity IDX, based on its Brivity-hosted resources. This identifies the reference provider, not your account’s compatibility. Please provide your current website URL, Brivity product/plan, MLS membership and board, brokerage authorization, and Brivity support’s confirmation of whether your subscription permits IDX on an externally hosted website. Ask for their supported embed, hosted search link, or licensed API/feed access, domain approval requirements, map support, and any additional subscription fees. Never share account passwords in chat.
If Brivity IDX cannot be embedded or licensed for this site, an authorized external IDX subscription or a link to your existing approved Brivity search will be needed. Listings cannot be fetched until that is confirmed.
Brivity lead delivery
Brivity has a supported Zapier “Create Lead” integration. Provide a Brivity-approved embedded form or documented inbound API integration; alternatively, configure a Zapier Catch Hook → Brivity Create Lead workflow. We need field mapping, lead owner/source rules, and a way to confirm that Brivity actually accepted the lead. A webhook’s initial receipt alone must not be presented as successful CRM delivery.
Map name, email, phone, message, property address/MLS ID, inquiry type, originating page, and supported campaign fields (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, and referrer). Provide any endpoint or token through secure connection setup—not frontend code. Once confirmed, inquiry storage, secure forwarding, duplicate handling, and end-to-end acceptance checks can be implemented.

Privacy & owner notifications
Approve the privacy notice, contact consent, campaign attribution, and any marketing text/call language. Provide the owner email for notifications. Notification email needs a paid plan and a verified domain; once that is ready, ask to enable owner emails. Forms remain disabled and nothing is stored or delivered until setup is complete.
